Restauranteur, Brand Strategist and Food Supply Chain Entrepreneur, Roger sowed his roots in the hospitality industry at the age of 16.  Having designed the Standard Operational Procedures for MGM, Las Vegas, soon after created a consultancy providing supply chain solutions for perishables officed in Dubai.  He created the logistics for Burger King, Europe and IKEA in the GCC as well as the Emirates Airlines in-flight meals for the Central/ South East/ Far East Asian routes.
